Added Features of La Vie Flats

A well-established Reception and Lobby Area: This is one of the best places of La Vie Flats because the reception area and the waiting lobby has the same set-up similar to a 5-star hotel. Truly, all residents will not miss any messages or notices from visitors, utility service providers, etc. 

Available Function Rooms: Upon prior arrangements with the Management, residents can book for function room usage for all types of gatherings they may wish to hold, especially private family affairs like birthdays, weddings or anniversary parties. 
 

Amenities (indoor and outdoor)

Indoor Children’s Play Area: A safe and great place for your children on weekends and on their free time. Since this is indoor, it is much safer for smaller kids to enjoy here. 

Physical Fitness Gym: La Vie Flats provided a fitness gym to allow fitness conscious residents to enjoy their gym rituals right within the same roof where their residence is. With this provision, residents need not stay late outside doing their fitness exercises in other places. 

Landscaped Gardens: Gardens are soothing places for a weary soul. La Vie Flats’ fully landscaped gardens are meant to treat your eyes and calm your weary soul with the soothing beauty and coolness of tree-shed places like our gardens. 

Jogging Paths: Alongside our Gardens, jogging paths were provided for early risers who would love to jog around or do brisk walking. This is a safer place to enjoy your morning ritual.  
 

Shared Facilities with Vivant Flats (another Filinvest project adjacent to La Vie)

Adult and Kiddie Swimming Pools: Since Vivant Flats is located next to La Vie, the pool which is located next to these flats is a shared recreational facility. Adults and Children may spend their weekends and time-offs around the pool swimming, meeting new friends and acquaintances. This is a healthy way of spending weekends with the kids. 

Function Rooms with bar and pantry: Vivant has its own function rooms which can be shared by La Vie residents for the same purpose as mentioned above. Meetings and other group gatherings may be held here with prior arrangements with the management. 

Fitness area/jogging path: These outdoor amenities are completely fantastic because with its shared usage, residents will be able to make friends and socialize with Vivant’s or La Vie’s fellow residents. After all, the two flats are part of a huge Filinvest Community.
